Care and maintenance
Regular maintenance:
Wipe the tabletop with a dry or damp cloth as required. Dust and dirt should be removed regularly to keep the surface in good condition.
Stain removal:
Remove stains immediately with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using strong detergents.
Colour changes:
Solid oak is a natural material that can darken over time when exposed to light. This is part of the natural ageing process of the wood.
Other points to note:
Avoid exposing the coffee table to large temperature fluctuations. Wood is a natural material and the signs of life that come with use over time make each table unique.

Stock items are usually delivered in Finland within 5-12 working days after ordering. For other countries, the delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. The exact delivery time depends on the delivery address and any additional services. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may affect the delivery time. If you order several different products, they may arrive as separate shipments.
We aim to keep the delivery times on our product pages up to date, but we reserve the right to make changes. If you wish, you can ask our customer service for more precise delivery times.
Delivery options
Finland Small items are delivered to the nearest pick-up point (Posti, Postnord or Matkahuolto) or home delivery, according to your choice. Larger furniture is always delivered to your front door, which means your front door or, for apartment buildings, the front door of the building. Depending on your postcode area, you can choose additional services such as carried-in and unpacking.
Other countries All products are delivered to the home yard (the front door of your home or the front door of an apartment building).
Receiving the delivery Always check the condition of the product and the package when you receive it and make sure that you receive the product and the package in good condition. Any damage in transit should be reported to us immediately by e-mail. Please include photos of the damage. If the shipment is delivered by home delivery, ask the delivery service representative to note down any visible damage.
Return conditions You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund the payment for a faultless and unused product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Please note that the cost of returning a non-defective product will be charged to the customer. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition to be sold. The packaging may be opened for inspection, but we will not be liable for any damage caused by careless opening of the packaging.
If you wish to return the product, please contact our customer service department by email for further instructions.
Reklamations If there is a fault in the product, please contact us immediately by email. Please include photos clearly showing the defect and the product as a whole. Our priority is to correct the defect or provide a spare part. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with a new one.

Where the idea for Renki M coffee table came from?
"We needed coffee tables to complement the sofas in our collection. The kind that would go with them and have a bit of functionality and a story to tell. That was the starting point for Tapio."

Designing the Renki M coffee table
"I was thinking of the old nesting tables, which were practical multifunctional pieces of furniture for different situations. They were nested to save space when you were using them yourself, and spread out as side tables for coffee cups when you had guests. So I set out to make a modern, nesting table. The coffee table was a natural fit with the Renki collection, from which I borrowed the details. Another plus is that the Renki collection is made from scraps of our sofa beds."

The Day&Night sofa bed is in oak and the coffee tables are in the same colour to harmonise with the interior. "The popularity of coffee tables has taken us by surprise. Perhaps the market was missing such a simple concept with a bit of versatility. The material is thick and sturdy solid oak, which is perhaps also rare. As the coffee table is made from scraps from our sofa beds, the product has a very small carbon footprint. Maybe that also has an influence on the decisions."

"You can easily order this coffee table from our online shop and have them delivered to your home free of charge. It comes in two sizes, either L or M. They can be used together or separately. Manufacturing the Renki M coffee table
We have the coffee table made by our contract manufacturer. The method is a combination of serial production and craftsmanship. Machines are needed to make the wooden parts, but the finishing is a collaboration between the human eye and hand. The wood material is carefully chosen to suit this coffee table.
The GREEN GOOD DESIGN Award has been awarded since 2007. It is a recognition of high-level design, which especially takes into account ecology and responsibility in the design. The award is given in seven different categories, from architecture to product design. The prize is awarded by the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, whose named jury selects the award-winning innovations each year.
