46% PAN, 44% PES, 10% CO, durability 40.000 Martindalea. The fabric is an antibacterial Easy Care fabric, tested according to the Oeko-Tex 100 standard and free of harmful chemicals. Suitable for families with children and pets.

CARE INSTRUCTION

Wash in water at 30°C, spin lightly and iron from the back of the fabric or through an ironing cloth.

Stock items are usually delivered in Finland within 5-12 working days after ordering. For other countries, the delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. The exact delivery time depends on the delivery address and any additional services. Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, which may affect the delivery time. If you order several different products, they may arrive as separate shipments.

We aim to keep the delivery times on our product pages up to date, but we reserve the right to make changes. If you wish, you can ask our customer service for more precise delivery times.

Finland
Small items are delivered to the nearest pick-up point (Posti, Postnord or Matkahuolto) or home delivery, according to your choice.
Larger furniture is always delivered to your front door, which means your front door or, for apartment buildings, the front door of the building. Depending on your postcode area, you can choose additional services such as carried-in and unpacking.

Other countries
All products are delivered to the home yard (the front door of your home or the front door of an apartment building).

Receiving the delivery
Always check the condition of the product and the package when you receive it and make sure that you receive the product and the package in good condition. Any damage in transit should be reported to us immediately by e-mail. Please include photos of the damage. If the shipment is delivered by home delivery, ask the delivery service representative to note down any visible damage.

Return conditions
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund the payment for a faultless and unused product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Please note that the cost of returning a non-defective product will be charged to the customer. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition to be sold. The packaging may be opened for inspection, but we will not be liable for any damage caused by careless opening of the packaging.

Reklamations
If there is a fault in the product, please contact us immediately by email. Please include photos clearly showing the defect and the product as a whole. Our priority is to correct the defect or provide a spare part. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with a new one.

The ON sofa bed was chosen as Furniture of the Year 2007 and in the Editor's Dozen at Habitare in the very first presentation. It attracted attention with its exceptional design and structure. The sofa beds had always been used to mechanisms, in which case they are always double beds. The ON sofa bed differed from this, as it has no mechanisms and in addition to a double bed, it can also easily be used as two separate beds. In addition, mattress covers are hidden in the armrest cushions. The ON sofa bed has been a popular product in Finnish homes, leisure apartments and sauna rooms since 2007. Small updates have been made to it along the way. The last improvement was made in 2022, when sitting and sleeping comfort were increased. After this change, it has been named the ON2 sofa bed.

The Furniture of the Year award has been an award given by Avotakka, where readers vote for their favorite every year. The award differs from other awards in the design industry, because ordinary consumers choose the furniture to be awarded. Avotakka pre-selects the candidates from which the vote will take place.

General care instructions:

Vacuum the cushions regularly using a textile nozzle and air the cushions outside from time to time. Dust and fibers from other textiles can over time cause pilling on the surface of the fabric. Lint can be removed with a lint remover if desired.

Stain removal:

Remove stains on the surface of the fabric as soon as possible so that the stain does not have time to absorb. You can first try to absorb damp stains with a clean, undyed cloth and, if necessary, use a detergent intended for upholstery. Always test the detergent first on a small hidden area to make sure that the detergent in question is suitable for the fabric in question. If local cleaning does not help, the covers can be removed and washed. When washing, you must follow the fabric-specific washing instructions and we recommend using the services of professional laundries.

Other things to consider:

The life of the cushion parts can be extended by turning them over from time to time, so that the wear is applied more evenly to them.

Can I choose any fabric for upholstered products?

Answer: The fabrics that can be chosen for our products are shown in our online store on each product's own page. If you're in the mood to get something flashy or otherwise just different, we suggest turning to a local seamstress. Our products are loosely upholstered, so making and changing new covers is easy.

Can the delivery time be changed or requested?

Answer: Unfortunately, it is not possible. The products leave our warehouse on a first-come, first-served basis. You can ask our customer service for a more accurate estimate of the delivery time. If you have chosen a delivery to your home for your product, the transport company will contact you directly to agree on a more precise delivery time.

Where is my product made and where do the materials used in it come from?

Answer: It depends on your product. We have several different manufacturers in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, with whom we have cooperated for a long time. The reason for collaborating with several different manufacturers is that different manufacturers have different know-how and, in terms of equipment, different capabilities to manufacture different products. We are in constant contact with them and have visited the factories, so we know the conditions under which our products are manufactured. In general, our manufacturers handle the procurement of materials, so there are many product-specific differences in them as well. Most of the materials used in our products come from Europe. This is one thing we are working on, so that we could gather more detailed information about where each raw material comes from. Unfortunately, this is a difficult and time-consuming process.
